From the Tools menu, choose Send/Receive, and then click Download Address Book.

In the Offline Address Book dialog box, make sure that the Download changes since last Send/Receive check box is checked and click OK.

This was very helpful when someone transferred from one organization or site to another, for example.

From the Tools menu choose Send/Receive then Download Address Book Click on OK. Then all the latest changes that have been made will reflect in the list you are using.
